Update rDNS pointers for IPv4 addresses

To update IPv4 rDNS pointers for a particular server you have to go user control panel and then select "My Services" from main menu and then from the list and then view the server that you want to update.

In the next menu you should be able to see all the info regarding the server including network allocation and reverse DNS pointers.

There you can reset rDNS pointer to it's default record or you could provide your own rDNS. Before changing rDNS please be sure that the new pointer is a valid "A" entry pointing to IP address that you want to set up:
